Anyone with a recipe and acccess to a computer can publish.In light of this, we feel we can add more value by helping people find and assess online recipes than by publishing new recipes. In fact, if you want to publish your recipe, we recommend that you do it through Recipe Source (nee SOAR) or one of the topical sources on the right.
We will publish the odd recipe in these pages when the recipe illustrates a cooking principle that we think is valuable to understand.
